If I decide to keep the soft pastel marks on my canvas painting will I need to Fix it, and how to do that?

Thanks for another interesting video! I use oil paints and I also prefer to paint on canvas cut from a roll and attached to a board backing but I'm interested to know how you treat your canvas once the painting is finished. Do you stretch it on stretcher bars before getting it framed or do you leave the whole thing to your framer? I've been experimenting mounting smaller work to plywood using archival PVA but as you go bigger this becomes impractical. Thanks

Is it possible to number each video for me to be able to find them, when i want to get back to them? There are so many. I saw Bob Blasts recently, and he gave all his videos numbers and it works wonders.

Awhile back I started a color mixing chart but was doing it in a very labor intensive way. This is so much easier and quicker AND so much more fun! Thank you!!!❤️

Hi Marie Louise Just a quick question, what tape are you using to tape down your paper? I've tried a few but all of them tear the paper. I can't seem to find any stocks in Cape Town that can help me since they all recommended Masking tape which also damages the paper. I'll appreciate feedback. Thanx a lot.

The two bottom ones with the black is throwing it off ,I think. I would soften the black a little maybe add some brown instead?

Very good tip. The plus advantage here over an oil-painting surface, is that the dried acrylic surface can easily pick up pastel pigments, while at the same time make it easy to erase due to it's waterproof properties. Endless experimentation thus without the stress. 🎨🖌🤟
